Daytime and Weeknight rentals
Deviance Tampa Bay now offers hourly rentals.
Want to come out and play during the day? Have a special event or want to celebrate something with your group? Need a spicy but safe location to do that boudoir photo shoot? We’re here for you!
We offer 3 options for renting the space:
Shared Space: Choose this option for when you want to come out and use the equipment but don’t need the entire place to yourself. We allow up to 3 concurrent groups of up to 4 people per space.
Private Space: For when you want the whole section - either the Dungeon or the Manor - to yourself or have a group larger than 4 people.
Full Facility: For when you want both the Dungeon and the Manor privately dedicated to your group or event.

Fine Print
All rentals have a 2 hour minimum.
A minimum one (1) week notice is required for all space rentals.
ALL clients and guests must pass the Registered Sex Offenders (RSO) background check before entering our spaces.
ALL clients and guests must adhere to our standard club rules at all times.
Bookings are only available during periods when no Deviance Tampa Bay hosted events are scheduled.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. Reschedules with a minimum one (1) week notice can have the deposit applied to a new reservation date.
There are no Dungeon Monitors (DMs) provided as part of these bookings. DMs can be arranged for an additional fee and with a minimum two (2) week notice.
Staff members will be onsite to facilitate client access to the contracted space and provide security. There are no additional services provided as part of these bookings.
